Thank you for your interest in the St. Liborius Early Childhood Program!

Mission Statement
Early Childhood Programs in the Diocese of Joliet operate in collaboration with parents, parishes, and schools to provide unique, Christ-centered learning environments for young children in an interactive and supportive atmosphere where a growing awareness of God, self, and the world can be nurtured and fostered.

Early Childhood Program
Who? Children ages three through five taught by a qualified, carefully chosen staff

What? A developmentally appropriate learning environment and educational program

When? Monthly, weekly, daily, full-time or part-time enrollment

Where? In the East Wing of St. Liborius School's Crete Campus, ten minutes from the Metra and 1-394

Why? Because your child deserves a quality preschool education and you deserve peace of mind

We emphasize the following areas of your child's development: spiritual, social, emotional, cognitive, physical, and creative.

The child's day is a balance of both teacher-guided and self-guided learning. Our curriculum focuses on religion, reading readiness, math, language, science, and social studies. Thematic units progress on a weekly basis throughout a nine-month academic year. The summer months involve a review of general educational units, combined with fun and outdoor activities.

“All thy children shall be taught of the Lord; and great shall be the peace of the children.” Isaiah 54:13
